Hey Friends! I’m Anastasia, an Orlando-based alternative hairstylist for the past 10 years! I specialize in helping my clients express themselves through bold, vivid colors, rainbow hair, and unique layered haircuts. I’m passionate about creating alternative hair transformations that let your personality shine! My space is 100% private, judgment-free, and proudly LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and handicap-friendly and accessible. I can’t wait to meet you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
⏰ PUNCTUALITY Please be on time! Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in a 100% rescheduling fee. 💳 Deposits If a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It will go toward your service, but will be forfeited if you no-show or cancel within the restricted time frame. ⚠️ Cancellations/Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for changes. • Less than 48 hours notice = 50% of the service amount will be charged. • 24hr notice or No Shows = 100% of the service amount will be charged. • If you book a short service (consultation, bang trim, ect.) and you are 5+ mins late you may be considered a no-show & be subjected to a $25 fee. ✨ SATISFACTION • While inspiration photos are helpful, final results depend on your hair’s history and integrity. • Proper aftercare and recommended product use are essential for maintaining your results. • REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ‼️ However, if you’re dissatisfied, please reach out within 2 days of your service. Adjustments are complimentary.
