CANCELLATION POLICY

Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in a 100% rescheduling fee* ⚠️ Cancellations/Rescheduling A MINIMUM OF 48hrs is required to make any changes to / cancel an existing appt to avoid a fee. -Less than 48 hours notice = 50% of the service amount will be charged. -24hr / Same Day Cancelations / or No Shows = 100% of the service amount will be charged. -If you book a short service (consultation, bang trim, ect.) and you are 5+ mins late you may be considered a no-show & be subjected to a $25 fee. (Once an appointment is canceled, the reserved time may be released immediately. Cancellation fees apply according to this policy regardless of whether the appointment is later filled.) ✨ SATISFACTION - While inspiration photos are helpful, final results depend on your hair’s history and integrity. - Proper aftercare and recommended product use are essential for maintaining your results. ‼️REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE‼️ However, if you’re dissatisfied, please reach out within 2 days of your service.
